Durch die Inbetriebnahme der Rotationsachse wurde ihre Kompetenz am 06.02.2024 nochmals erweitert.<\/p>\n<p>Aber was bietet die neue &#8220;Mitsubishi MP 2400&#8221; eigentlich und was k\u00c3\u00b6nnen wir in Zukunft von ihr erwarten?<br \/>\nEntwickelt f\u00c3\u00bcr die Kombination aus extremer Genauigkeit und besten Oberfl\u00c3\u00a4cheng\u00c3\u00bcten (Ausdruck f\u00c3\u00bcr die Rauheit in der Oberfl\u00c3\u00a4chenpr\u00c3\u00bcfung) sind mit ihrem Feinschlichtgenerator Oberfl\u00c3\u00a4cheng\u00c3\u00bcten von bis zu Ra 0,08 \u00c2\u00b5m m\u00c3\u00b6glich. Gegen\u00c3\u00bcber der ausgetauschten Maschine werden mit der &#8220;Mitsubishi MP 2400&#8221; 30 % der Energiekosten, 40 % der <span class=\"ui-provider a b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z ab ac ae af ag ah ai aj ak\" dir=\"ltr\">Verbrauchsstoffkosten<\/span> und 50 % der Drahtkosten gesenkt und eingespart. Dies ist vor allem auf den wartung- &amp; verschlei\u00c3\u0178freien Tubular-Direktantrieb in allen Achsen zur\u00c3\u00bcckzuf\u00c3\u00bchren.
