{"id":19234,"date":"2024-09-29T11:18:25","date_gmt":"2024-09-29T09:18:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/linhardttest.pixeltypen.de\/?p=19234"},"modified":"2024-09-30T08:48:49","modified_gmt":"2024-09-30T06:48:49","slug":"retrofit-an-der-tubenlinie-1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/linhardttest.pixeltypen.de\/index.php\/retrofit-an-der-tubenlinie-1\/","title":{"rendered":"Retrofit an der TL 1 Sprimag"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Im Rahmen eines <strong>2-w\u00c3\u00b6chigen Modernisierungsprojekts<\/strong> wurde der <strong>gesamte Schaltschrank der Tubenlinie 1 &#8211; Bereich Sprimag<\/strong> (Ausblasstation, Gl\u00c3\u00bchofen, Innenlackieranlage und Tubeninnentrocknung) erfolgreich <strong>ausgetauscht<\/strong>. Dieser Austausch umfasste die Installation einer neuen speicherprogrammierbaren Steuerung (SPS) mit TIA Safety sowie den Austausch aller Antriebsmotoren und Kabel. Zudem wurden die Abluft\u00c3\u00bcberwachung und die Sicherheits\u00c3\u00bcberwachungen auf den neuesten Stand der Technik umger\u00c3\u00bcstet.<\/p>\n<p>Die Zusammenarbeit mit den Technikern der Firma Sprimag sowie den Kollegen aus dem Fachbereich Presserei verlief durchweg positiv. Alle Beteiligten arbeiteten Hand in Hand, um die Herausforderungen des Retrofits \u00e2\u20ac\u201c also der Modernisierung bestehender Systeme \u00e2\u20ac\u201c effizient zu bew\u00c3\u00a4ltigen. Dies war notwendig, da f\u00c3\u00bcr die alten Komponenten keinerlei Ersatzteile mehr zu beschaffen sind.<\/p>\n<p>Trotz des engen Zeitrahmens von nur zwei Wochen Linien-Stillstands-Zeit gelang es, den geplanten Produktionsstart p\u00c3\u00bcnktlich umzusetzen. Die Anlage ist <strong>nun auf dem neuesten Stand der Technik<\/strong> und bereit f\u00c3\u00bcr den Einsatz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Parallel wurde an der gesamten Tubenlinie 1 die j\u00c3\u00a4hrliche 4-Tagesrevision durchgef\u00c3\u00bchrt.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Insgesamt war das Retrofit ein gelungenes Beispiel f\u00c3\u00bcr effektive Teamarbeit, eigenverantwortliches Handeln und sorgf\u00c3\u00a4ltige Projektplanung. Wir freuen uns auf die weitere Zusammenarbeit und sind gespannt auf die positiven Auswirkungen, die diese Modernisierung auf unsere Produktionsabl\u00c3\u00a4ufe haben
