Februar besuchten Andreas Grassl und Christian Jungwirth drei unserer indischen Standorte: Dahanu, Sanjan und Daman.<\/p>\n<p>Ziel der Reise war es, die Werke aus LEAN-Perspektive zu analysieren und Ans\u00c3\u00a4tze zur Implementierung unserer bew\u00c3\u00a4hrten LEAN-Methoden zu identifizieren.<\/p>\n<p>An allen vier Standorten gibt es bereits engagierte LEAN-Coaches, die diesen Prozess begleiten:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Dahanu:<\/strong> Devidas Zugare<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sanjan:<\/strong> Praveen Kumar<\/li>\n<li><strong>Daman:<\/strong> Sheetal Chauhan<\/li>\n<li><strong>Goa:<\/strong> Suhas Kamat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Zudem ist Uday Jadhav der zentrale Ansprechpartner f\u00c3\u00bcr LEAN-Themen f\u00c3\u00bcr alle indischen Standorte.<\/p>\n<p>W\u00c3\u00a4hrend der Werksbesuche wurden verschiedene Optimierungspotenziale identifiziert. Diese sollen nun schrittweise gemeinsam mit den LEAN-Coaches vor Ort umgesetzt werden. Zudem wurde der Gemba-Walk geschult, um den kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess direkt zu f\u00c3\u00b6rdern.<br \/>\nGetreu unserem Motto: <strong>ONE COMPANY, ONE QUALITY.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Findings im Zuge von TIMWOODS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ein zentraler Bestandteil der Analyse war die Durchf\u00c3\u00bchrung von TIMWOODS, um ungenutzte Potenziale in den Arbeitsabl\u00c3\u00a4ufen sichtbar zu machen. Dabei wurden verschiedene Optimierungsm\u00c3\u00b6glichkeiten identifiziert, die sich auf Wartezeiten, Materialfl\u00c3\u00bcsse und unn\u00c3\u00b6tige Bewegungen beziehen. Roadmap erstellt. Im Jahr 2025 liegt der Fokus zun\u00c3\u00a4chst auf den Grundlagen. Ziel ist es, <strong>strukturierte Abl\u00c3\u00a4ufe, systematische R\u00c3\u00bcstvorg\u00c3\u00a4nge und eine effiziente Instandhaltung<\/strong> zu etablieren.<\/p>\n<p>Dies soll durch <strong>klare Visualisierung und standardisierte Arbeitsanweisungen<\/strong> unterst\u00c3\u00bctzt werden. Die w\u00c3\u00a4hrend des Workshops identifizierten Optimierungspunkte wurden bereits in die Vertrauenskurve (5S-Aktionsliste) aufgenommen und flie\u00c3\u0178en in die Lean-Roadmap ein, um eine strukturierte und zielgerichtete Umsetzung sicherzustellen.<\/p>\n<p>Mit diesem Ansatz setzen wir einen wichtigen Meilenstein f\u00c3\u00bcr die kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Prozesse
